Where Strategy, Faith, and Creativity Form Grounded Leaders

Welcome! I’m Lisa Landry, founder of Faithfully Empowered. I am a strategist, coach, and artist. Everything I create is designed to help women heal, create, and rise in faithful purpose.

My professional background spans more than 18 years in workforce management and strategic leadership, including Director-level roles at UnitedHealth Group. I led complex operational systems and helped organizations bring clarity to high-stakes environments where both precision and people mattered.

That work shaped how I think, but it was not enough on its own.

As a two-time cancer survivor, I learned that leadership is not just about systems, titles, or performance. It is about stewarding what you have been given when the terrain is uncertain and the cost is real. I now work at the intersection of strategy, faith, and creativity, not as separate tools, but as an integrated way of being.

Strategy provides the structure to build.

Faith establishes the authority to lead.

Creativity creates the space to listen.

In my work, creativity is not the final product; it is the container. Real clarity and direction are formed when we return to the Source. From that place, we do not just manage systems; we steward our calling.

Faithfully Empowered exists for the woman who is not starting from scratch. You are capable, seasoned, and discerning. I am here to help you lead from a place of spiritual authority and grounded clarity.
