Grace for the Journey: Learning, Evolving, and Leading with Faith
Share
Last fall, I attended a creative business conference that reminded me of a powerful truth:
Perspective is everything.
As I listened to artists and entrepreneurs share their winding paths, I realized how often we judge ourselves for what we don’t know yet. I used to feel embarrassed when learning new things for my business—worried that not knowing meant I was failing.
But learning is never failure. It’s a sign you’re growing.
One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of “learn, do, teach.” When you teach, you deepen your understanding. You become a light for someone else still climbing the same mountain.
Even though I’m newer to the world of entrepreneurship, I bring 30 years of professional experience—coaching teams, leading people, and helping others see their own strengths. I’ve learned that the skills God equips us with in one season often become the tools we need for the next.
I’m excited for what’s ahead. And I’m giving myself grace for the learning curve.
→ Keep moving forward. Keep learning. And never silence the wisdom God’s placed in you.
